About us
Flux Instruments was founded in 1992 in the small industrial town of Karlskoga in Sweden, known as the home of Alfred Nobel. The founders came up with a radically new design for a HPLC pump based on cutting edge technologies in micromechanics and electronics. The extremely low delay volume and sophisticated control electronics of the Rheos pumps result in unsurpassed LC-MS performance.
Flux Instruments today is a leading provider for LC-MS frontend solutions, both on the hardware and the software side. Based in Switzerland we sell and service instruments worldwide, we develop applications and solutions together with our clients, we train and educate our users and help them to be successful.
As of January 15, 2007 Flux has become part of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
